A Sacred Workshop Series for Birth Workers
Reclaiming birth work through inner-authority.
Welcome to an intimate, live and local workshop series, Resourced.
This isn’t another certification. This is a deepening of your service. A living circle of women discovering and integrating the heart of birth work — together.
You became a birth worker to serve women through their most powerful, vulnerable moments.
But somewhere along the way…
You said yes when your gut said no
You overrode your needs to keep being “the reliable one”
You stayed quiet to avoid conflict—even when something felt off
You kept holding space… but no one was holding it for you
You started to wonder: Is this really sustainable?
It’s not that you need more knowledge.
You need a place to refocus, to root, and to incorporate your true self into birth work.
The most essential skill a birth worker can carry is the ability to self-regulate, know herself clearly, and act with integrity.
The heart of your birth work is YOU.

-
Nope. The intention of this container is bring in birthwokers of all kinds and unite. Because we all serve exactly where we are meant to, and what we all have in common is the desire to serve women well. That is fed by community and self-nourishment.
