A Sacred Workshop Series for Birth Workers

Reclaiming birth work through inner-authority.

Welcome to an intimate, live and local workshop series, Resourced.

This isn’t another certification. This is a deepening of your service. A living circle of women discovering and integrating the heart of birth work — together.

You became a birth worker to serve women through their most powerful, vulnerable moments.
But somewhere along the way…

  • You said yes when your gut said no

  • You overrode your needs to keep being “the reliable one”

  • You stayed quiet to avoid conflict—even when something felt off

  • You kept holding space… but no one was holding it for you

  • You started to wonder: Is this really sustainable?

It’s not that you need more knowledge.
You need a place to refocus, to root, and to incorporate your true self into birth work.

The most essential skill a birth worker can carry is the ability to self-regulate, know herself clearly, and act with integrity.

The heart of your birth work is YOU.

We.lcome to resourced

A community for birth workers ready to:

  • Serve without self-sacrificing

  • Communicate with clarity and courage

  • Choose clients and commitments from deep alignment

  • Be held in honest, grounded community

  • Build a way of working that truly fits their life

You won’t leave with another method.
You’ll leave with more of yourself.

  • A body you can listen to—and tools to return to when things feel off

  • A voice that speaks truth, even when it’s hard

  • Clear boundaries and a stronger trust in your own discernment

  • Practices for regulating your nervous system in the middle of real-life intensity

  • A sustainable rhythm of service that nourishes you, your family, and your clients

  • A community of women walking the same path: rooted, real, and done with overgiving

This isn’t about adding more to your toolkit.
It’s about finally integrating what your body and spirit have been asking for all along.

Inside, we will explore:

Somatic tools for identifying and regulating emotional states

Your patterns in the drama triangle and how they influence client dynamics

How to speak clearly and inarguably—without collapse or conflict

Group dynamics, gossip, and repair in peer relationships

Sustainable service models that work with your life, not against it

Space for reflection, community, integration, and support

Day 5 — Your Rhythm of Service

Sunday, October 26

What does sustainable birthwork look like in your real life—not the ideal? We’ll map your rhythm of service, explore aligned capacity, and name the edges of overgiving. Leave with a framework rooted in your body, your values, and your enough.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Yes. I cant think of a better place to start than a community of women. This container is less about experience and more about calling. Whether you’re new or seasoned, this space will meet you where you are.

  • Nope. The intention of this container is bring in birthwokers of all kinds and unite. Because we all serve exactly where we are meant to, and what we all have in common is the desire to serve women well. That is fed by community and self-nourishment.

  • So many immersive trainings last one weekend, and then you are out on your own. This intentionally brings us back into immersion three times over with integration and support in between and then for life.
